DURETHAN®
Durethan® 是我们基于尼龙6及尼龙66的工程热塑性塑料系列产品的商品名称。

尼龙为部分结晶的塑料,具有多种理想性能,尤其适合工程应用。它不仅具有高机械强度及硬度、良好的电绝缘性能,而且耐热及化学品、摩擦力低、急速运行能力好、耐磨、可降低噪声及震动,同时具有优良的加工性能。

根据特定的材料及所需等级,尼龙从环境中吸收潮气的能力也不同。这与增塑剂的效果相同,即可以提高材料的断裂伸长及韧性,但降低了材料的強度和剛度。

固有色泽
不透明

颜色范围
除了自然色及黑色外,还可以提供一系列的不透明标准颜色;如有需要,也可以提供特定颜色的产品。

表面整饰
根据模具表面的不同,产品表面可以是高光泽或有织纹感,具有高的再加工精确度

硬度
硬度高,尤其对于玻纤增強级别产品;拉伸模量:1,300 到 15,700 MPa (取决于含水量)

抗震及抗裂性能
具有高抗震及抗裂性能,具体指标与材料的等级与含水量有关。弹性体改性的材料即使在低含水量及低温下也具有良好的韧性

动态载荷性能


应力开裂行为


耐热性
高,短期可耐温170 到 200 °C ;长期可耐温 80 到 160 °C

尺寸精确度及尺寸稳定性
良,也与型号与水含量有关

耐磨性能


耐化学腐蚀性
良,尤其是对燃料、润滑剂、溶剂及清洁剂


电绝缘性能
•    良好,介电强度25 - 45 kV/mm
•    体积电阻率1010 - 1015 W * cm
•    耐电痕指数 CTI:额定为425-600

 
可加工性
流动性好,固化快(生产流程短)

其他性能
良好的机械性能及阻尼吸声效应、低摩擦力、急速运行能力好,气体阻隔性能好(薄膜级)
